How I Work As Your Loan Processor
My mission is to work the same or better as the processor you would have in the house. Working as a team player with the loan officer, I can and will close loans quickly. For best results - this is how I like to work.
I will work directly with the lender - escrow - borrowers (if the loan officer prefers).
The loan officer will work with one processor to achieve the highest level of individual attention.
Closed files will be sent via a secure link to broker
I do NOT keep records of closed files.
I will work with you to find out what style of processing you require
I work as a key team player using extreme professionalism and knowledge to get the job done!
